Warbo update including feet

Chris Warburton ran 1min49secs and 3min41secs for 800m and 1500m this summer and is now making steady progress this winter and targeting a 10k in the coming weeks

It’s been a while! Like many other bloggers out there it would appear I fall into the category of a fair weather one! (one that blogs once in a blue moon)…I hate those people, they do my head in!

UK Trials (So close, yet so far..........................to making the final that is!)

Chris Warburton just missed out on the Olympic Trails Final but has far more to come in 2012
