There is not one shoe that fits all. Yes we have different sized feet but we also have different shaped feet. High arches, low arches, flat feet. Those that pronate (the foot rolls in), those that supinate (the foot rolls out) on placement. Do your shoes suit your foot shape and placement when you run?

On the 22nd and 23rd of September London played host to the annual world’s biggest triathlon event, The Virgin Active London Triathlon, and team RunBreeze were there! Just like before the London Marathon takes place there is an expo, there is also one for the London Triathlon, however this takes place over the two event days, competitors wander round before or after their race.
