Whey protein? You cant go anywhere without seeing it. Even supermarkets stock it. But what is it and what does it do?
Never before have I questioned the sanity of running. As I write this I am standing somewhere in a Californian desert town in the hills. It's 4.15am in the morning and I along with 1250 Americans are standing waiting to put ourselves through the pain of a half marathon. The half marathon is in my opinion a race of choice. You can make it hurt if you want to by pushing the boundaries of what your body can deal with or you can take it relatively easy. The marathon is just pain.I am on holiday travelling the coast of California with my wife...

Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick and Boston Mayor Menino this week announced the formation of The One Fund Boston.
“The One Fund Boston will act as a central fund to receive much needed financial support,” Governor Patrick said. “At moments like this, we are one state, one city, and one people.”
Mayor Menino added “We are one Boston. We are one community. As always, we will come together to help those most in need. And in the end, we will all be better for it,”
Feet. And not just any feet; Runners Feet. These type of feet are special. These type of feet are different from the non-runners feet. These type of feet are used and often abused. But why? It seems a common acceptance amongst runners that toenails falling off, athletes foot and blisters are just ‘part’ of being a runner. Some of my favourite quotes I have heard in Clubhouses around the country are:
“Second toenail fell off this week – 8 to go!’
“Keep getting a blister on the inside of my foot, its part of me now – I have had it for fifteen years”
“You’ve only got 2 blisters, ha – I’ve got 4 at the moment!”
I could go on… However I want to discuss why I think the runner hasn’t learnt to ‘Love Their Feet’ and how at RunBreeze we want to change that.
Runbreeze athlete Andy Richardson opens his 2012 track season with a bronze medal in the British Universities Championships in the London 2012 Olympic Stadium.
So less than 2 weeks to go until the National Lottery Olympic 5 Mile Race through the Olympic Park and finishing in the Olympic Stadium!
Wow, what a great 3 days at the Triathlon show! This was the first time we had exhibited at the TCR event and we were really pleased with the response our products got.
