This program is designed for those currently completing 25-30miles per week of easy running before commencement. Target Race Time under 20mins.

RunBreeze Training Programmes are designed for the 12 weeks training prior to the target race date. Please note RunBreeze advise a period of steady running for 3-6months prior to commencement of this programme.
