TRAINING GUIDE

Marathon Advanced

This programme is designed for those currently completing 35 – 40 miles per week of easy running before commencement.  Target Race Time 2hrs 30mins – 3hrs.  RunBreeze Marathon Training Programmes are designed for the 4 months training period prior to the target race date. Please note RunBreeze advise a period of steady running for 6-9 months prior to commencement of this programme.
