TRAINING GUIDE

10k Beginner

This programme is designed for those currently completing 5-10 miles per week of easy running and walking before commencement. Target Race Time above 55mins. RunBreeze Training Programmes are designed for the 8 weeks training prior to the target race date. Please note RunBreeze advise a period of easy/steady running for 3 months prior to commencement of this programme.
