What delivery method does RunBreeze use?
For UK orders we use Royal Mail First Class. This means that your goods will usually arrive the next working day or the day after for most of the UK mainland. Delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you are. For International Delivery we use DHL International or Royal Mail Airmail to despatch your order.

Delivering to your address
Once an order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are also unable to redirect mail once an order has been processed. ??For these reasons please supply us with a delivery address where there will be someone in to sign for your parcel. If there is nobody in when the couriers call, they will leave a card. You can then phone them to arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.
We aim to process returns within 10 days, but please allow up to 14 days for exchange/refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us (unworn) within 28 days and we'll give you a full refund or exchange. RunBreeze does not offer a free returns service. If you request a refund then the amount paid will go back onto your original payment card if payment made through website (RunBreeze.com). If the payment was made via PayPal this will be returned to your original PayPal account. If you request an exchange please indicate which size you require. We do not charge postage for any exchange items being sent out to you. If you have mislaid your delivery note simply enclose a covering letter with your name and full address together with your requirements. If the item you are returning is faulty or was incorrectly sent you must contact our customer service department for advice returning the parcel. RunBreeze cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please keep your receipt as proof of postage. The Returns address is:

Who pays the postage on returned Items?
If you return something due to it being unsuitable or not fitting correctly, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.
We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.
